Convert Cloudformation templates to Terraform. AB: This project describes a dream for many AWS users, but the reality is more complicated, and this project is still rather young.

jckuester/terradozer — github.com

Terradozer takes a Terraform state file as input and destroys all resources it finds in it - without needing any *.tf files. AB: Looks good, but it does not seem to work :)
