weekly.tf - Issue #59 - pre-commit-terraform, Terraform modules in a big project

All talks from last week's event are available on-demand already. I wish I could highlight something relevant to the Terraform community that excited me, but there was nothing like that (unfortunately).

AB: If you have put yourself into a position where you have to manage many resources and things are getting slower, this article may help you think about splitting configurations into different types of modules. The topic is rather popular, and there were multiple articles linked in the previous weekly.tf newsletters.

Ned Bellavance discusses a different topic regarding HashiCorp's Terraform every Tuesday. Ned has been publishing videos for quite some time so make sure to check out his channel for more.

Nick Janetakis goes over setting up a local Kubernetes cluster that lets you access your services over localhost using the nginx ingress.

Terraform Infrastructure as Code quality may be significantly improved using pre-commit hooks. Learn how to install and use them for your very own projects.

pre-commit-terraform - live demo and Q&A

29th of October, 12pm CEST, I will demo pre-commit-terraform - a project used by many Terraform users who want to keep code nice and clean. Did you know that now you can estimate the infrastructure cost before committing changes? I want to know if this is a good or bad idea. What do you think? :)
