Nish Krishnan and Sarvar Muminov from Lyft describe their journey from Jenkins to Atlantis for managing infrastructure. They also cover system architecture and security aspects in a good amount of detail.
I highly recommend this article by Dan Williams (btw, loveholidays is hiring) for everyone who is interested in Atlantis, Policy as Code, conftest. Loveholidays manages all its infrastructure on Google Cloud using Terraform and Atlantis.
Various blog posts
Pierre Mavro (CTO of Qovery) explains that Terraform is not the golden hammer by talking about how it has been used at Qovery over time. "Advises and suggestion" section closer to the end is very much point on - split your configurations and use data sources to connect pieces (read more); also use the right tool for the job. AB: it is possible to manage unmanageable with Terraform and deploy everything but do you really want it? :)
These videos are by experts who have been building providers for some years (e.g. Brian Flad, Katy Moe, Paddy Carver, and more)! The videos go beyond the basics in explaining how to build an excellent Terraform provider.

I am sure that some readers also wonder whether we still have a place for Atlantis nowadays when we have many of TACOS (Terraform Automation & Collaboration Software) available. Let's talk about it!
